Do we need to book treatments and use of the spa in advance?

To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance. Please contact us at +91 8606673228 to make a booking.

What should I wear for my visit to the spa?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and all valuables are kept securely in your locker or left at home. Additionally, there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with a padlock which are available from spa reception.

What is your cancellation policy?

We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.

What are my responsibilities as a visitor?

Please advise our spa resort staff of any special requests, sensitivities or allergies, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking any medications. We will use this information to keep you comfortable and safe throughout your spa experience. Please notify us of any discomfort or preferences regarding room temperature, music volume or massage pressure during your visit.
